Our Gratitude List

We believe in saying thank you. This is the time of year that focuses on gratitude, on connections and celebration. Certain seasons of life, those filled with loss and grief, can make it hard to find a spirit of thanksgiving.

Here’s what we’d like you to remember. There are families whose holidays are changed forever by loss of a loved one. Hospice doesn’t take a holiday – end of life professionals will be working to care for their communities. Family caregivers will not have a day off from the responsibilities of caring for their loved ones.

Gratitude, November 2019

From the hosts of The Heart of Hospice, we say thank you to our listeners and to those who read the blog. Many thanks to all our amazing colleagues who have partnered with us for interviews and shared their journeys in guest blogs.

Our greatest thanks goes to the many end of life caregivers around the world, paid and unpaid. You inspire us every day with your energy, courage, compassion, and work ethic.

You are The Heart of Hospice.

With gratitude,

Jerry & Helen
